So, I know I am slightly behind on this whole thing, but can we talk about the new dining hall?! The Crossroads Culinary Center is the brand new dining hall that was built onto the Ellicott Complex. It opened at the end of October, but I just took my first visit there this weekend.

I’d like to start off by saying I am definitely a food-lover, so I am a tough critic. I have never been one to pass up a good meal and let me tell you, the dining hall is fantastic! To be completely honest, it is even somewhat overwhelming when you first go in. There are SO many options and the stations stretch all the way around the building. Not only is the atmosphere of the center completely different than that of your average college dining hall, but the food is even of higher quality. I must say I was very, very impressed with what UB has done to upgrade the dorm dining center.

If you are a current student, I would absolutely recommend stopping in there and checking it out if you haven’t already. As for you prospective students, I recommend taking a visit inside and seeing what kinds of tasty foods that the Crossroads Culinary Center has to offer- just think, you could be eating there day in and day out!
